WILDFLOWER OVERVIEW
Wildflower is a medium-sized venue with 2 bars, one in the front, and one in the back, an elevated VIP section, and a rooftop area which is open in summer months. The main dance floor is surrounded by booths and is usually quite crowded on busier nights.tairs.
WILDFLOWER CLUB REVIEW
Located in the basement of the Thompson Hotel building, Wildflower is small yet classy venue known for its unique lighting and vibe. Wildflower draws in a very sophisticated and well dressed crowd of cool yet friendly people. This high profile club is one of our favourites for it’s modern design and great music. Typically you’ll see a mix of young professionals and a bit of a more mature crowd. Our favourite part about this club is that it’s both classy yet at the same time very welcoming. It’s a great place to host small party or socialize and meet new people. It should be noted that the booths are open and you usually can’t host a party of more than 8 people per booth comfortably. In terms of vibe and music, this is one venue that really hits on both levels. The ambiance of the club is very well designed and there is always a very good mix of Hip-Hop / Rap / Trap Anthems. One of the other unique things about Wildflower is that the DJ will sometimes spin up and coming local Toronto artists, while at the same time maintaining a very consistent mix of music. On Fridays (Clash) there is usually a mix of Lounge House music that gradually transitions into Hip-Hop, while on Saturdays (MNML) there is just a straight banging mix of Hip-Hop / Rap / R&B. Since this is a small venue it tends to hit capacity quite quickly so we reccomend showing up no later than 11:00PM, and ideally at 10:30PM if you don’t want to risk not being let in. The line usually moves pretty quickly, so if you do see a large line it’s because the club has hit capacity. All in all, Wildflower is one of our favourite Hip-Hop clubs in all of Toronto because it has a great vibe, we’ve never had a bad night, and it’s got that boujee Toronto Hip-Hop club vibe we all know and love.

WILDFLOWER GENERAL INFORMATION
The capacity of Wildflower is approximately 220 people and therefore it usually hits during the peak of the night, if not sooner. Wildflower requires guestlist in order to get entry and does not have complimentary entries or reduced cover unless you have a booth and bottle service booked. Though Wildflower doesn’t always hit peak capacity right away, we suggest getting there for 11:00 PM or earlier since guestlist closes at 11:30 PM. Once you enter the venue and walk down the flight of stairs you’ll be greeted by the cashier. Once stamped and inside you, there is a hall that splits into 2 directions. On the right are the bathrooms and to the left is the coat check / entrance to the actual club. Coat check costs about $5-6 during the colder seasons of the year. Price of drinks at wildflower start at around $7+ for mixed drinks, $7+ for beer, and $7-10+ for shots. Wildflower’s main dance floor area is surrounded by booths and 2 bars one at the front and one at the back. Additionally, there is an elevated VIP area at the back behind the DJ booth too. Finally, the smoking area is located outside of the club so be sure you get stamped so you can re-enter.
WILDFLOWER LOCATION
Located in Toronto’s Fashion District in the Downtown core of Toronto, Wildflower is located in the basement of the Thompson Hotel on Wellington Street which is on Eastern side of Bathurst Street. Wildflower isn’t hard to find but if you’ve never been there it can be a bit hard to spot for the first time. The entrance to Wildflower is on the left and the entrance to Thompson Hotel Lobby / Rooftop Lounge is on the right (2 separate lines).
WILDFLOWER AGE LIMIT
You must be 19+ to enter Wildflower on a normal club night, no exceptions are made.
WILDFLOWER DRESS CODE
The dress code classy, fashion forward / street wear. Men usually have to wear either a button up and dress shoes, and no print. Women are allowed to bring in bags, but side bags for men are typically not allowed.
THE MUSIC AT WILDFLOWER
Wildflower plays a mix of primarily Hip-Hop, R&B, and Rap with a light mix of Deep / Lounge House usually at the beginning of the night.
WILDFLOWER COVER CHARGE
Cover charge for Wildflower is always $20 even with guestlist, however, if you book booth and bottles, there are typically complimentary entries that come along with it.
WILDFLOWER GUESTLIST GUIDE
We suggest signing up for guestlist at least a day before the actual night you want to go out. Also, note that the max guestlist size for Wildflower is only 6 people since it’s a small venue. Cover charge still applies regardless of guestlist but we suggest arriving at the venue around 10:45 PM – 11:15 PM so you’re able to get in with no issues. Once you arrive, simply tell the door person whose guest list you’re under, head downstairs, pay / give your comp tickets to the cashier and get stamped.
WILDFLOWER BOOTH AND BOTTLE SERVICE
Bottle prices at Wildflower range from $265 – $650 for mid-range liquor bottles and high-end bottles of liquor and champagne range from $325 – $1,000+. Fridays have a minimum spend of $500 to get a table, Saturdays have a $750 minimum, and Sundays also have a $750 minimum. Additionally, a VIP table can cost as much as $2,000 minimum but prices vary depending on the night.
