WRISTBAND PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS & POLICY

Where and When to Pick Up Wristbands

8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

1. National Toronto (The Well)
   • Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
   • Location: 486 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 0V2
   • Details: Start the night here! Show your ticket at the entrance to receive your wristband for entry to all crawl venues.

9:00 PM – 10:00 PM

1. FUTURE Toronto
   • Time: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
   • Location: 570 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2B5
   • Details: If you missed the ticket pick up at Petty Cash, show your ticket at the entrance to receive your wristband for access to all remaining crawl venues.
     

10:00 PM – 11:00 PM

1. Mister Wolf
   • Time: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
   • Location: 567 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2B6
   • Details: If you missed wristband pickup at FUTURE, this is your last opportunity to collect it. Wristband pickup at Mister Wolf ONLY!
     
2. National Toronto (The Well)
   • Time: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
   • Location: 486 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 0V2
   • Details: (Alternate venue in case Mister Wolf hits capacity.)
     **Wristband pickup only available at Mister Wolf! **

11:00 PM – 12:00 AM (MIDNIGHT)

1. DND Toronto
   • Time: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
   • Location: 550 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M5V 2B5
   • Details: Fourth stop of the night. Wristbands available at DND Toronto ONLY!
2. Portland Square
   • Time: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
   • Location: 600 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M6
   • Details: (Alternate venue in case DND Toronto hits capacity.)
     **Wristband pickup only available at DND Toronto!**

12:00 AM (MIDNIGHT) – 2:00 AM

1. SPIN Toronto
   • Time: 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM
   • Location: 461 King St W Lower Level, Toronto, ON M5V 1K4
   • Details: Huge final party at last venue to end the night off with a bang! Wristbands available at SPIN Toronto only!
     (Free Ping Pong for anyone with a wristband in the back room [first come first serve]. Please don’t hog tables, share and compete with your fellow crawlers/friends!)
     
2. National Toronto (The Well)
   • Time: 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM
   • Location: 486 Front St W, Toronto, ON M5V 0V2
   • Details: Huge final party at last venue to end the night off with a bang!
     (Alternate last venue in case final venue hits capacity, or if you want to end off the night here instead.)
     
3. Ace Hotel
   • Time: 12:00 AM – 2:00 AM
   • Location: 51 Camden St, Toronto, ON M5V 1V2
   • Details: Huge final party at last venue to end the night off with a bang!
     (Alternate last venue in case final venue hits capacity, or if you want to end off the night here instead.)

Wristband Policy

Access Policy
Wristbands are valid solely during the designated time slot at each participating venue. Once a venue’s scheduled time has concluded, re-entry is strictly prohibited.

Ticket Pickup & Entry
Entry is permitted only with a valid wristband during the exact scheduled times listed in the crawl itinerary. Wristbands are not valid outside of these times. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, attempting entry at an incorrect venue, or failure to collect a wristband during the designated pickup period.

Capacity Limitations
Admission to venues is subject to legal occupancy limits. If a venue is at capacity, guests may be required to wait. Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances.

Final Cutoff
Wristband distribution will close at 11:00 PM at the final venue. Guests who arrive after this time will not be issued a wristband and will not be eligible for a refund.
