Arcane is a large sized supper club venue located on King Street West that turns into a club at night time after dinner. This club features a main area that plays mainly Hip-Hop and a larger secondary room to the right that plays 2000s R&B Throwbacks. Additionally there is a large patio area and bar but it usually isn’t open during the night. Arcane is somewhat hidden due to the fact that the building is located down a path from the street which is where the patio area is located, although there is also a sign right off of the sidewalk that you can’t miss.

When you first step foot into Arcane you’re instantly greeted with these nice pink and purple lights and beautiful brick walls which really makes this club an immersive experience in terms of ambiance and vibe. The main area has a few booths areas as well as a small bar, DJ booth, and a nice sized dancefloor. Bathrooms are located directly to the right when walking into the front doors of the building. If you go to the right side of the bar you’ll find another larger room with an even bigger dedicated bar, booths and a completely different vibe of music. Arcane has a more mature, professional vibe but also has a handful of young professionals on any given night. Don’t be mistaken, despite the more mature age group that comes here to party, they still turn up. Arcane isn’t particularly difficult to get into, but there is a cover charge of $20 that is waived if you sign up for guestlist. Also, Arcane Toronto seldomn reaches capacity due to it’s large side and 2 main dancefloors. As long as you show up to this venue before 11:30PM you shouldn’t be met with a line, and even then the line tends to move quite quickly. We don’t reccomend trying to go to this venue any later than 12:45PM because like any other club on King West, clubs usually don’t let people in after 1:00AM. Overall we really like the design and ambiance of both of Arcane’s rooms and would highly suggest it if you’re in the young or mature professional demographic.

• Nice ambiance and vibe
• Good mix of Hip-Hop / 2000s R&B

• Sometimes doesn’t get fully busy

• Arrive by 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM to get in with no problems
• This venue does not offer stamped re-entry, once you leave the patio area you can’t go back in

The capacity of Arcane Toronto is roughly 400-500 people since it’s a larger venue. While Arcane is a large venue, we still highly recommend showing up at 11:00 PM or earlier because lines do sometimes form and can last from anywhere between 20-30 minutes depending on how busy it is on that given night.

Coat check is available near the entrance of this venue during the colder months of the year for about $5. Drink prices range from $6+ for mixed drinks, $6+ for beer, and $7-9 for shots. Arcane is located in somewhat of a secluded venue, but this is because of it’s large patio area which also serves as a smoking area too. Arcane usually opens at around 10:30 PM and last call is 2:00 AM.

Arcane is located in the downtown core of Toronto, specifically in the Fashion District on King Street West, West of Spadina. This venue is somewhat easy to spot if you look out for the large black metal sign that’s in the shape of a gate and the long path behind it that leads to the actual club. After lining up and entering the building you’re immediately greeted with the first dance floor area and bar in the back surrounded by booths.

You must be 21+ to enter Arcane on a normal club night, no exceptions are made.

The dress code at Arcane is fashion forward / casual or smart stylish / classy. No sidebags, sneakers, boots or sportswear is permitted, however girls are allowed to bring purses.

Arcane typically plays a solid mix of Urban Top-40, Hip-Hop, and throwback 2000s R&B / Hip-Hop hits. Overall the music spun at Arcane is solidly mixed and has the club dancing all night long.

There are 2 bars at Arcane, one main bar in the centre and one in the side room at the back. In the summer there is sometimes an additional bar or cocktail station immediately at the entrance. Expect drinks at the bar to start somewhere around $6-7 for almost any drink, as drinks at this venue are a bit more on the pricier end compared to other venues.

The bottle prices typically range from $300-500 on average for mid-range liquor bottles, higher-end bottles are available such as Ace of Spades which will cost upwards of $750+ a bottle. There are multiple birthday packages available, however, note that booth prices typically start at a 3-bottle minimum, so expect to pay at least $1,000. Table prices usually range from $1,200. Sign up for guestlist and bottle service and one our staff can help guide you further on your best options for bottle service.

Arcane closes around 3:30 am / 4:00 am hence no real need for an after-party spot here.
