Our Review:

Dominion Pub caters to young professionals, but also the mature crowd, you can expect a mix of clientele, although at prime hours it is usually filled with those 20-40 years old, offering a nice mixed demographic, that are laid back and friendly The Vibe at Dominion Pub is very casual, laid back and relaxed. The Patio is beautiful, open and spacious, with a modern look and feel, the patio is elegant and classy despite what one may have presumed for a pub.

Dominion pub serves up a variety of options including a wide variety of classic appetizers like wings, nachos, poutine, and calamari, green menu options like falafel hippie bowl, halloumi bowl, and salads, signature plates and burgers including Fish and Chips, Crunchy Chicken burger, and Angus Ground Chuck burgers, all around the food experience here is friendly and delicious.

The favourites we sampled at Dominion Pub started at their cocktail section was the Aperol Spritz, the Bourbon Smash, the Margarita, and the Sidecar. The Aperol spritz was refreshing and tasty, perfect for a summer’s day. The Bourbon smash was for the bourbon lovers and perfectly balanced. The Margarita served was a take on a spicy margarita, however, towed the spice line perfectly not being too overwhelming. The sidecar drink was delicious and refreshing.

The food is top quality, including the Cauliflower bites which were Pretzel-crusted, giving a unique wing-like bite, smothered in a delicious buffalo sauce. The Calamari was perfectly crisp and tender, served with caper aioli, this was one of our favorite calamari dishes this summer. The Fish and Chips were perfect, with crunchy perfectly fried fish that was tender and flaky, and pub style fries. The Crunchy Chicken sandwich was nonetheless perfect served with an amazing bun and perfectly fried chicken, this sandwich should not be missed for Chicken Sandwich lovers.
