All hosts will be given an orange tshirt to wear for the night, you can wear whatever pants and shoes you want. It maybe chilly and you will be outside at some point, so please wear a jacket or hoody if needed, preferably something with a zipper so you can show the tshirt we give you. Any issues that occur through the night please text/call 416-890-0858, additionally we will be available at each venue if you need to find us to escalate.

Instructions:

NORTHERN MAVERICK BREWING CO – 8:00PM – 9:00PM

Please arrive for about 8:15pm at Northern Maverick brewing (115 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5V 2P9). At this first venue all hosts (Hosts A+B+C) will be scanning tickets for anyone that arrives for the halloween club crawl, and giving them wrist bands. You will all be given a set of wristbands to keep for the night, most people will be scanned and given wristbands at this first venue.

ISABELLE’S TORONTO – 9:00PM – 9:30PM

At 9PM we will leave to got to Isabelles (548 King St W #200, Toronto, ON M5V 1M) – which is about a 3-5 minute walk. One host (Host A) will leave at 8:50PM to go and stand outside of Isabelles to continue scanning/wristbands at the venue and greeting any of the guests who are arriving from the previous venue (or who did not make it to the first venue). The other two hosts (Host B+C) will spend 8:50-9:10 at Northern Maverick instructing anyone in the venue with a wristband to please proceed to the next venue (Isabelles), hosts may need to take turns leading large groups to Isabelles. After most of the patrons have transferred to Isabelles, Hosts B+C will stay at Isabelles with Host A and help to continue to scan tickets and giving wristbands for people who are coming in late.

EARLY MERCY TORONTO – 10:30PM – 11:30PM

At 10:30PM we will leave to got to Early Mercy (540 King St W, Toronto, ON M5V 1M3) – which is next door to Isabelles. One host (Host A) will leave at 10:20PM to go and stand outside of Early Mercy to continue scanning/wristbands at the venue and greeting any of the guests who are arriving from the previous venue (or who did not make it to the previous venues venue). The other two hosts (Host B+C) will spend 10:20-10:40 at Isabelle’s instructing anyone in the venue with a wristband to please proceed to the next venue (Early Mercy), hosts may need to take turns leading large groups to Early Mercy. After most of the patrons have transferred to Early Mercy, Hosts B+C will stay at Early with Host A and help to continue to scan tickets and giving wristbands for people who are coming in late.

At 11:50PM All hosts will instruct guest that the last venue is Blue Moon Brewery @ STAKT(28 Bathurst St, Toronto, ON M5V 0C6), and help provide them the address if needed, at 11:50PM all hosts (A+B+C) will go to STAKT and help organize people arriving with wristbands into the line. Please stay until about 12:15am to help organize people into the line and direct them to the brewhouse, and then you may leave, or stay at this last venue to hang out, it is up to you.

If anyone has issues getting in being under the age limit at Isabelles or Early Mercy, please take them to Northern Maverick if it is anytime BEFORE 10PM, if it is anytime after 10PM please take them to Blue House Brewery at STAKT market.
