The short version: we collect what you give us to get you on a list or into a table, we use analytics and advertising pixels to understand how the site is used, and we don't sell your information. The longer version is below.
Guestlist and bottle service requests. When you put your name down for a club or request a table, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the venue, the night, and your party details. That is what the venue needs to find you at the door.
Accounts. If you create an account we store your name, email address, phone number, a password (hashed, never stored in plain text) and the passes you have saved.
Newsletter. If you tick the newsletter box on a guestlist form, we email you about nights, events and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
Messages you send us. Anything you submit through the contact form or a club page form, so we can reply.
Notifications. If you turn on push notifications, we store the subscription token your browser gives us. We do not get your device identity from it.
Usage data. Pages viewed, clicks, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
We use cookies and similar technologies, and we load third-party tags through a tag manager. These include analytics tools and advertising and measurement pixels from third parties such as Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They set cookies and send those providers limited event data, such as pages viewed, forms started and requests completed, so we can measure what works and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
Those providers use the data under their own privacy policies. You can limit this with your browser's cookie controls, your device's advertising settings, and the ad preferences offered by Google and Meta.
To pass your guestlist or table request to the venue and confirm it back to you, to run your account, to reply to you, to send the notifications you asked for, to understand how the site is used and improve it, to measure and run advertising, and to prevent abuse.
Guestlist confirmations and reminders may be sent by text message. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Venues and their door teams, who receive the details needed to honour your guestlist or table request. Once a venue has your details, its own privacy practices apply.
Service providers that operate parts of the site for us: hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, reservation and guestlist platforms, email and text message delivery. They receive only what they need to do the job. Some of them process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local law.

We never sell your personal information.
Guestlist and request details for as long as needed to run the night and handle any follow-up. Account data for as long as your account exists. Usage data as long as our analytics tools retain it, which we keep short. You can ask us to delete your account or your data at any time.
Reply STOP to any text to stop guestlist texts. Turn off notifications in your browser or device settings. Ask us what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, through the contact page. We respond within 30 days.
The venues we cover are 19+ and so is this site. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.
