The guest list guide
How Toronto Club Guest Lists Actually Work
What a guest list really gets you, how to get on one, and which Toronto rooms run free lists you can join right now — no promoter DMs, no games.

"Guest list" in Toronto gets thrown around loosely, so here's what it actually means: your name goes onto the door's list before you arrive, and when you show up you skip to the front, often with reduced or no cover before a cutoff time. It is not a ticket, a QR code, or a pass to flash — you just give your name at the door and you're in. The catch is that most lists are run by individual promoters, which is why people end up chasing Instagram DMs to get on one.
We cut that out for our partner rooms. For the clubs below, you add your name to the free guest list right here, and it drops straight into the club's own system — the same list the door is reading from. For every other room in the city, the list is promoter-run, so the move is to browse what's on and get your name down early.

How to get on
The four things that get your name down
1. Get on early. Lists fill and most have a cutoff — the free or reduced cover usually only applies before a set time, often midnight. Add your name in the afternoon, not in the Uber. 2. Arrive before the cutoff. The list saves you the line and the cover, but only if you beat the time window. 3. Bring a balanced group. Big all-guy groups are the hardest door in the city; a mixed or smaller group moves far faster. 4. Dress for the room. A list gets you to the front, but the door still reads your fit — check our dress code guide first.
If you want a sure thing
Guest list vs. bottle service
A guest list is the free play: it saves you the line and usually the cover, but you're still standing on the floor and entry isn't guaranteed if the room is slammed. Bottle service is the guaranteed version — a reserved table, your own space, and a host walking you straight past the line, in exchange for a minimum spend. If your night depends on getting in, or it's a birthday or a big group, a booth is the cleaner call. See what minimums actually look like in our bottle service price guide.
Is the Toronto club guest list free?
For our partner rooms, yes — adding your name costs nothing and it goes straight onto the club's list. A guest list typically gets you reduced or no cover before a cutoff time and lets you skip the line. Promoter-run lists at other clubs are also usually free to join, but you have to find the promoter.
How do I get on the guest list for a Toronto club?
For partner clubs like 44, Lavelle, Century and Isabelle's, add your name through us and it lands on the club's own list. For other rooms, the list is run by promoters, so you browse what's on and get your name down early. Either way: sign up in advance, arrive before the cutoff, and bring a balanced group.
Do you get free entry on the guest list?
Often, but it is time-limited. Most Toronto lists give free or reduced cover only before a cutoff, commonly around midnight. Show up after that and you may still skip the line but pay the door. Get on the list early and arrive early to actually use the free entry.
Is guest list or bottle service better?
Guest list is the free option that saves the line and usually the cover, but entry isn't guaranteed on a packed night. Bottle service guarantees you in with a reserved table and a host past the line, for a minimum spend. For a normal night out, the list is plenty; for a birthday, a big group, or a must-get-in night, book a booth.
