Cabana is Toronto's Miami-style pool party at Polson Pier: EDM, house and hip-hop in the sun, a dressed-up 19+ crowd, and a 50,000 square foot patio on the lake that only runs Saturday and Sunday afternoons in summer. Here's the honest rundown, plus the free guestlist so you skip that long line in the heat.
Cabana is the day party. It's the patio attached to Rebel out on the Docks, with four bars, a pool, leather cabana booths, a DJ booth and a full view of the skyline over Lake Ontario. You line up, you walk in, and the first thing that hits you is the water and the music. Then you find your spot, get a drink moving, and ride the afternoon.
This isn't a dark late-night room. It's sun, a pool, and house music that builds all day, with hip-hop and rap bangers worked in. If you like pool party vibes and soaking up the sun with a crowd that came to look good and have a day of it, this is the one spot in the city that actually pulls off Miami without the plane ticket.
Quick factsFree guestlist smooths your entry. The line out front gets long and slow in the sun, so sign up ahead, aim to arrive by 2:30pm, check in under your name, and head in. Want your own booth instead? Pick bottle service below and we'll sort your cabana. Heads up: cover still applies for ladies after 3pm, so get there early.
We'll text you to confirm your spot. Want it faster next time?
We submit your request to the venue on your behalf. Entry is subject to the venue's approval, capacity, age, dress code, ID, and cover, and is not guaranteed. By submitting, you agree to be contacted about your request and may receive related offers.
Cabana's out at Polson Pier, 11 Polson St (M5A 1A4), at the very end of Polson Street off Cherry Street near Lake Shore Blvd East. People call it The Docks. It sits on the big patio of Rebel, well outside the core, so you'll want to drive or grab an Uber. It's a huge outdoor venue, so it's hard to miss once you're close.
It's a 50,000 square foot outdoor patio with a capacity of up to 2,500. There are 12 private elevated cabanas and 42 large cabana booths, four bars, a pool, seated dining areas, and a DJ booth, all looking out over Lake Ontario. Big space, real crowd, plenty of room to post up or move around.
Mostly upscale young professionals, 24 to 30, dressed fashion forward. It pulls the crowd that wants a full day of sun, music and a pool, not a quiet drink. Want real energy, current music, and a room that's actually full? Summer weekends here deliver.
Cabana spins a really good mix of EDM, big room house and future house, with some hip-hop and rap dropped in. It's built to appeal to a wide range of people because it moves across genres instead of locking into one sound. It's a day party, so the music carries the energy from the afternoon straight through.
Dress is classy beach. A t-shirt and shorts are fine, and as long as you're put together you'll be good at the door. Skip the jeans, the sneakers, the cargo shorts and pants, the camo, the baggy clothing and any sportswear. Ladies, a purse is fine, but bags and satchels aren't allowed.
Cover's typically $20, and ladies get in free before 3pm with guestlist, so getting there early pays off. The line out front is always long and slow, so sign up ahead and aim to arrive by 2:30pm at the latest. At the door you tell staff which guestlist you're under, check in, and head in to start your day. Cover still applies for ladies after 3pm.
Strict 19+. Ontario drinking age, no exceptions, so bring real ID. Keeps the room grown and everybody on the same page.
Want to do it right? Grab a cabana. Guaranteed seat, your own service, shade and no fighting for space.
